Stanley Electronical Tightening System

When assembling the chairs, this system can detect the torque, angle and calculate the whole tightening process, the torque precision tolerance is controlled within 3%.
Japan NACHI Stacking System

Controlled by high speed machine SPA with world leading production efficiency. The torque is 580N/M, the maximum carrying capacity is 120KGS, ensure the product won’t be injured during transmitting.
Noise Detecting System

Generally factory is quite noise with more than 100dB, so we bring in noise detecting system which can detect the noise above 55dB. This will improve product quality and decrease the rejected ratio.
